    She is on the money as far as her research, a diet high in unrefined carbs will cause you to gain weight and many health problems. As far as Evolution goes she's mistaken, Our Creator, God Almighty made us not "mother nature".

    Although this book is educational it also has many facts that are not current. It may also lead the obese in a wrong direction. But it helped me see both sides of the opinions in the nutritional world.
